Refunds & Cancellation


We will ONLY issue refunds on items damaged in transit, and ONLY if we are unable to replace that item. We will require a photo of the damaged item. We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local Customs.

The customer is responsible of contacting us within 7 days of delivery regarding any issues with their orders such as the item being defective or broken. We may always replace the item free of charge in case it's received in a defective condition.  

Cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances. Please be certain before placing your order. All orders begin fulfillment after the order has been placed.

It is the buyers responsibility to check with their local Customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. Radiant Jewels is not responsible for confiscated goods or undeliverable goods.

Make sure to provide your correct address so that you can receive your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer. 

If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at radiantjewelsco@gmail.com including a photo of the damaged item, and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
